LIE to exit 49 go to second traffic light and make a right onto Rte. 110, ¼ mile on left.  Go to second entrance of the Huntington Quadrangle; which is Baylis Road, make a left.  Make the very next left into the Huntington Quadrangle parking lot.  The first building you come to on left hand side is the south wing.  Go in the doors that face Baylis Road, make a left at the very first hallway and we are the last suite at the end of the hallway.  Suite 1S08.

L.I. expressway to exit 49s – ¼ mile on left, and follow the ABOVE DIRECTIONS
